The rooms at Clover Hotel City Center are cozy and comfortable, making you feel right at home. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi are perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I found the lack of a refrigerator in the room a bit inconvenient. However, I understand that some guests may not mind this.

The fasade looks nice and clean - the staff is to a certain degree helpful with pointing out different things on the map. And they are friendly. Nice location - close to bus and to train ticket offices, and to the market place.
The rooms smell like mould and all the fresh white paint was not enough to cover the condition of the building. It was impossible to sleep in such conditions. The staff radically overcharges when offering transport - often double and triple the price you will get by walking 1 minute to the main street. There are so many people there to ask but it is difficult to orientate oneself when everyone has a different answer to the questions.

Location: the hotel was right by Train Station and old town and Scott Market and the centre. The very amiable staff truly made me feel welcome. So glad that Wheelchair Accessible room with the bathroom and twin beds, as example I booked was available.

Location Location Location.
The endless stream of prostitutes hooking with old mostly old male tourists was disgusting. The internet is useless. So slow they better just dont offer it. Overpriced.

The people.
Very poor value for money. The rate is for 4 strars or more. This "hotel"is only good for sleeping at night - has zero facilities otherwise. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or people I know. However, Yangon and Myanmar is great!

As a budget traveler, I really appreciated the great value for money at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were clean, tidy, and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to downtown, night markets, and popular attractions like the Shwedagon Pagoda and Sule Pagoda. The strong Wi-Fi was an added bonus, and there were some good little restaurants and shops nearby.
Felt welcomed, no complaints.

Located in the heart of the city, the hotel is situated on a secondary street that is difficult to find at first. it offers a peaceful environment away from the street noise. You can easily walk to most attractions, and a Western grocery store inside a nearby department store is only a 5-minute walk away. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is welcoming and helpful.
Some guests may find certain facilities outdated.
